Gift of Mercy
When you are capable of empathy, to walk in someone else’s shoes and understand their pain or burdens, and you feel enough passion to help them without receiving anything in return, you will understand this gift. If you do not understand it, if you cannot receive it, you will never be able to give it anyone else.
Your Creator is showing you a blessing that is an act of divine favor or compassion.
We can follow this example in our relationships with others, if we strive to rid our lives of arrogance, pride, and conceit.
Extend your hand to help those that cannot help themselves, have a kind heart in a cruel world.
Always remember, there are no guarantees in life.
One day you or a loved one may be the person who needs empathy and compassion from others.
Seek ways to be compassionate, respectful, forgiving , gentle, and patient, even when you are aware of others’ shortcomings.

Be merciful to others; remember whatever you send out always comes back to you.
When you reach out to help another, never think that you are better off; rather be grateful that there is someone for you to be kind and merciful towards.
By giving of yourself to others, not only is the receiver blessed but you, as the giver, are blessed too.
Moreover, believing in God is not the same as believing God; always do what you can and God will do what you cannot. Never underestimate the power of faith, it can move mountains.
For me the Gift of Mercy is a spiritual gift, always looking for ways to help others and at times disregarding my own needs and not knowing if it is a gift or a curse, but knowing that I did the right thing.
